ST. JOHNS FOREST HOSTS WOMENADE EVENT

JACKSONVILLE, Florida – St. Johns Forest, a Taylor Woodrow community, recently hosted an event
for Womenade, a local charitable organization of women aimed at helping children at daniel, a
multi-service agency in Jacksonville that assists troubled youth and their families.

“Womenade is a great organization that does so many things to support and benefit daniel and its
programs for children,” St. Johns Forest Project Manager Melinda Oklok said. “Our event offered
a fabulous celebration with shopping, gourmet cuisine and friendship. I’m delighted that so many
of our residents attended.”

The St. Johns Forest amenity center provided the setting for Womenade’s third annual dinner,
networking and shopping event. The occasion was designed to delight shoppers with an array of
vendors offering jewelry, cosmetics, clothing, specialties and other items. The Womenade event
at St. Johns Forest also included entertainment from Tropico Solo Steel Pan featuring Barry
Olsavsky and catering by Chef Cheryl of Heirlooms Chef Designed Meals. The event attracted more
than 80 guests and 20 vendors with proceeds benefiting daniel.

Jacksonville Realtor Judy Hicks founded Womenade in 2002 with a mission to bring women together
for networking and friendship while helping daniel. The Womenade organization meets approximately
every two months. These bi-monthly meetings provide the foundation for a lot of the
organization’s fundraising, which supports educational development and enrichment programs at
daniel. For more information about Womenade, visit www.womenadejax.com.

St. Johns Forest is a gated, luxury home family community featuring Old World-style architecture,
tree-lined streets and a spectacular array of recreational activities. Morrison Homes, David
Weekley Homes, ICI Homes, and Toll Brothers are the community’s preferred builders. St. Johns
Forest, a natural gas community, has home and homesite packages priced starting from the $320s
to over $1 million. The neighborhood is located off of County Road 210, one-half mile west of
Interstate 95.

Taylor Woodrow has been building award-winning homes, high-rise condominiums, and lifestyle
communities in North America for over 65 years.

Headquartered in Bradenton, Florida, current operations include more than 80 active developments
throughout Florida, California, Arizona, Texas, and Ontario, Canada. The company recorded
revenues in excess of 1.5 billion in 2004, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Taylor Woodrow
plc, a UK based, housing and development company founded in 1921.

In Jacksonville, the company is developing St. Johns Forest. For more information about St. Johns
Forest, call (904) 824-7131 or visit the Web site at www.stjohnsforest.com.
